GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

Article 1 - Subject

These General Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of products (collars, leashes and accessories for dogs) offered by PAWCHOU on the pawchou.fr website.

Any order implies the unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Article 3 - Products

The products offered are dog accessories made of Biothane and other quality materials. The descriptions and photographs are as faithful as possible, but cannot guarantee a perfect reproduction of the colours according to your screen.

Article 4 - Price

Prices are indicated in euros (EUR), all taxes included. As a VAT-free micro-entrepreneur, we do not charge VAT (art. 293 B of the CGI).

Prices can be changed at any time, but orders are invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of validation of the order.

Article 5 - Order

Acceptance of these GTC

Payment Validation

You will receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a dispute, fraud or payment problem.

Article 6 - Payment

The accepted means of payment are:

Credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard)

Shop Pay

Apple Pay

Google Pay

Payment is due immediately upon order. Transactions are secured by our payment platform.

Article 7 - Delivery

Delivery area: Metropolitan France only.

Shipping costs: Free shipping on all orders.

Delivery times:

Preparation: 1 working day

Mondial Relay Point Delivery: 2 to 3 working days after shipment

Mondial Relay home delivery: 3 to 5 working days after shipment

Estimated total time: 3 to 5 working days for delivery to a Relay Point, 4 to 6 working days for home delivery.

A tracking number will be communicated to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.

Article 8 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

Return conditions:

The product must be returned in its original packaging

The product must not have been used

The return costs are your responsibility

Procedure:

Contact us at hello@pawchou.fr to inform us of your withdrawal request

Return the product to the address indicated in our response

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned product

The refund will be made by the same means of payment as the one used for the order.

Article 9 - Legal guarantees

All our products benefit from the following legal guarantees:

Legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code): You have a period of 2 years from the delivery of the good to act. You can choose between repair or replacement of the property, subject to the conditions provided for by law. You are exempt from reporting proof of the existence of the lack of conformity of the property during the 24 months following the delivery of the good.

Legal guarantee for hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code): You can decide to implement the guarantee against hidden defects. In this case, you can choose between the resolution of the sale or a reduction in the sale price (Article 1644 of the Civil Code).

Article 10 - Liability

PAWCHOU cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract in the event of out of stock, unavailability of the product, force majeure, total or partial disruption or strike of postal services or means of transport.

Article 11 - Personal data

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data by contacting us at hello@pawchou.fr.

Article 12 - Intellectual property

All elements of the pawchou.fr site (texts, images, logos, videos) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorisation.

Article 13 - Mediation

In accordance with Article L612-1 of the Consumer Code, we propose a consumer mediation system. The mediating entity selected is:

Article 14 - Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, and after the failure of any attempt to find an amicable solution, the French courts alone will have jurisdiction.
